Subject – Complaint regarding, Detain of half an hour at toll gate by your employee
Respected Sir,
I Sanjay Kumar Bhoot, a responsible citizen of India, was travelling to Baripada from Rairangpur, via Vehicle no.- OD11AA/0443 on 27/4/23. While I crossing, the toll gate at 11:35 am while going to Baripada, that time I had ₹85 in my FAS Tag account. While I was returning to Rairangpur, I reached the toll gate at 4:30 pm ,the toll gate employee said that I don’t have money in my FAS Tag account and asked for ₹120 instead but i backed the car , after which I immediately deposited ₹1000 in my account. I reached the toll gate again, and the employee argued with me claiming that I still have no money in the account and was adamant in asking ₹120 otherwise was threatening me to remove my car. I patiently came out of the car and went to him and told him to show me how the money is not showing in my account, after which he changed his words and said that he has manually passed the car. In total we wasted around 45 minutes in the toll gate for no reason. It would be appreciated if justice would be given regarding the 45 minutes of time which was wasted and for the misbehavment of the employee of yours, and the photo of the person who was misbehaving is attached below.
Thus I request you to take actions against whatever had happened and look into this serious matter so that this does not happen again with me or anyone else.
