Myntra is such a nuisance. I was a big supporter and buyer of the app but since this incident has happened second time, I cannot help but ignore it. I had to gift someone a product, after seeing the estimated delivery date I placed the order last months. On the date of delivery I checked the status of order and it had been updated on the app only and was now showing that it will take now 2 weeks to get delivered, after almost 2 weeks when I check the app now to know the status, it said the order got cancelled, without no email or any kind update to me. On calling the customer care, it’s just automated voice and was not able to reach any assistant. After getting a Myntra agent number on call, he claimed he was one and asked me about my order after which he cut the call, after calling him multiple times he picked the phone up and started blurting out slangs. Very bad Myntra, don’t say if you can’t execute it and give your people some training. Would not have even given a single star. It is so disappointing

Pathetic service 😡😡😡😡 they Steel our money just like that i have ordered 3 items it's says delivered but i didn't receive non of my Items...when am asking to Myntra team Mr.Ankul supervisor and Mr.Imran Manager both are responding saying we can't do anything about your items it's been five days over hence they can't do anything... your policy says you can eat poor customer money like me 🥺🥺🥺 i had spent more then 1hour in call but still they are saying the same thing.... Head of the logistics team should check who was allocated for the delivery and where and when was delivered???? Who received it If you find this all the customers will be satisfied....Myndra is only money minded people no values for the customer 😡😡😡😡😡i strongly suggest please don't pay in online.... always go with cash on delivery...i lost my RS 2000 .... still my problem is not solved... please be aware of this kind of branded company,they are the real cheater 😡😡😡😡

Myntra Cheating... Customers my order is didn't get placed but payment got debited .. second problem I didn't receive my product , it has been wrongly marked as delivered??? Actually basic product is not delivered yet .. help center is not solved my problem yet..?? What to do when I'm not received product.. yet my money also not refunded yet .. This is the worst website to shop. They send defective products and never exchange the product inspite of contacting them several times they respond. I highly recommend never to shop in this website. The customer support is also very bad.

The customer service was very bad. Myntra delivers items very late now often, being an non-international brand. But Amazon being an international and world wide brands delivers items very quick without also buying Amazon prime membership and it delivers items way ahead of time. Myntra had a very good variety of clothes, etc. But was not expecting this from Myntra

I have ordered for a dress and a pair of shoe it's already shipped and has reach the nearest delivery but since 4 days the delivery partner has been fooling me around saying he will come to deliver Ecom express is ready slow service if they can't deliver I told them I can come n pick the parcel by myself still no action has been taken after complaining . I'm really disappointed 😔

It is a very cheating company. Please don't order anything from their website. I have order a smart watch from Myntra. Since it was my first order I had some big excitement. After the delivery I saw that the colour of the product is different. So I raised a exchange request. While they deliver the product the delivery guy said the colour is not matching with what you have ordered do we cannot exchange. Then i reached out to customer care. They said issue will be resolved in 24 to 48 hours. But after 5 days on continuous calling they declined the exchange request saying we delivered it correctly. I got utterly disappointed 😞. Do you have other ways to earn money?. Why you are cheating our hard earned money

At least try to pay some attention to my concern rather than simply assuring .I am extremely disappointed and pointless with your Customer Support Service since I reached out to you numerous times.As a 'Prior Customer' of yours I feel disrespected every single time. I reached you over phone for the 12th time to make you aware about the concern I am facing with. Do you really care about your customers?, I guess you are not! If that's the case you could have probably resolve this issue by the first time itself.I placed 2orders consisting of a white solid t-shirt and a Stiletto from H&M and MANGO from the month of July and August.On 27th July H&M t-shirt arrived placed return on the very next day.Then those Stilleto got delivered and I placed a return request the same. But by 20th the item got cancelled and again I put return request. On the website the pick up would be scheduled for a date which has no resemblance of what you are saying. The items are still lying and pick up has not done yet till the time.I reached out to your representatives to enquire about this issue and for God sake you have been trying to say the same thing. All you can tell is to wait until a random date or something. I hold back my rage and patience for so long cause it was my need to get back the money for what I paid for.Prior to today's call, I spoke to Mr. Shubh (one of your escalation desk officers) so he assured me to wait for '48 HOURS' which be the maximum time to take and resolve by their team. Please have a look at the current date, still remains the same as it was. On 13/09/23 I called you 5 times and calls hung up for no reason when it comes to explaining the issue.Already placed a complaint against this on the Consumer Court Redressal Commission.Soon you will be answered Myntra!

Poor service and unprofessional behaviour. Revert to complain is copy paste and all attempts to contact a senior person were futile.Lesson learnt ..Click a pic if you shop from Myntra and time stamp it as you need proof to showcase how the items were received.

SOME ARE VERY PETTY SELLERS. IF YOU PUT AN ITEM IN CART, BOTH MYNTRA AND AMAZON SELLERS, WILL INCREASE THE PRICE OF THAT PRODUCT.but otherwise products and offers are good.

Pathetic service!! Received wrong product with wrong label and Myntra creates issues for returns. This is AFTER I have already selected that the product shipped to me is wrong. You need better return options if you can't understand your own app! The message I received says that the product did not pass quality check for pickup, and how did it pass the quality check for delivery in the first place? Oh wait, do you have one?

On 31st May'23, I ordered a pair of woodland shoes from Myntra. On 2nd of June, the delivery agent called me and I said, please drop my shoes at my society gate. After 10 min, I went there and no box was delivered there. So, I called Myntra customer care on 2nd June, they told me that will resolve my issue before 6th June. But still, I haven't received my shoes. It is mentally depressing. I keep calling Myntra on regular basis, they just do not pay any attention to my complaint. They keep telling me to wait for 24 hrs, everyday I call them, they say wait for another hours. It's mentally depressing how Myntra is reacting to this issue.#MYNTRA_ CHEATERS

Really this app and it's executive response is horrible i connected costomer care executive to enquired about missing item but without my knowledge they raised complaint about return... Even when executive came to pick up he didn't informed anything just he said he came to pick up item another executive will come n give me new product even after taking product he didn't update anything. When i checked in app n called costomer executive they behaved very rude way n provide poor n irrelevant information..n suddenly disconnected call... My humble request to all should not use this fraud app..they dumping customer.

Worst experience with solving issues.. the delivery agent has marked the product delivered without delivering the parcel. On contacting the manager they are asking me to wait everytime I call them.. it’s been 10 days since I am waiting and no one giving any update with the issue neither are they refunding the amount back … pathetic experience

Worst ever! They wont issue refund for a cancelled order and keep responding that they need 2 more days to check in every response. Been over 2 weeks. It is template response signed with different names each time stating they are investigating.They have only bots ,no humans.Myntra are just liars and cheaters and thieves!

Myntra has provides poor quality serviceMyntra delivered the wrong product, refused to exchange.I wasted time on choosing the item, expecting delivery, staying home to receive the item, speaking to Myntra representative. On call I mentioned that I want the exchange, not refund, but they filled the form for refund. And then, since it was approved they're saying that nothing can be done now and that I should again waste my time on returning the item, waiting for refund and then ordering again. Not to mention the fact that when I ordered, the product was on discount and now it's not. Why should I overpay because of Myntra' mistake?? And where do busy working adults find time to deal with thr aftermath of your mistakes?The service is dismal, customer support just kept sending the same message, sorry for inconvenience, order again. Didn't answer my questions properly. Never using Myntra again!! not worth wasting time on this

Nothing much.... Does not have a very wide range of stuff to select from. Some things are broken and I would only recommend it to get daily groceries. Not my first choice but as it is nearest to my house and most things are cheap..i can't really complain... You know...BUT the staff is super sweet

Company missells products, refuses to take back wrong supplies and delivers product as replacement.Customer care on helpline and those handling social media are literate because then read and hear what you write and say but are incompetent to the extend that they do not understand anything and give you any response that is ok for that time. However they have been taught etiquette so they will regularly seek apology for the inconvenience caused to them even though they are equally responsible for the inconvenience.The organisation is very opaque so you can only break your head with these incompetent people and will never be able to communicate with people in authority
