I am travelling by my four wheeler
HR29AY0955 was crossing Palwal toll tax 27.01.24, dated at 8.32 pm. My toll was deducted twice time, that too wrongly 50 rs. And 325 rs why, the statement of which I am attaching to you.
I want my money refunded and action should be taken against them for wrongly deducting toll tax.
Complain to 1033 and also contact your FASTAG provider (Paytm Payment Bank-18001026480). If this issue happens multiple times then replace you FASTAG.

Same happened with me today. Got message twice for deduction of 50 and then 325. My friends car which is coming along with me is not having any transaction of 325. There is a fraud going on. How to get refund for this. Can anyone look into this issue
