I am travelling by my four wheeler
HR29AY0955 was crossing Palwal toll tax 27.01.24, dated at 8.32 pm. My toll was deducted twice time, that too wrongly 50 rs. And 325 rs why, the statement of which I am attaching to you.
I want my money refunded and action should be taken against them for wrongly deducting toll tax.
Complain to 1033 and also contact your FASTAG provider (Paytm Payment Bank-18001026480). If this issue happens multiple times then replace you FASTAG.

My fast tag Account ending with 8381028C0 vehicle no.HR51CQ7864 debited ₹240/- toll charges at Khilipur Fee Plaza on 01/06/2025 at 9:30 AM. Sir, I am entry this toll plaza from Kiranj Toll plaza & exist this road to Mandkola village this is approximately 500meter, my returned journey is same. But my toll charges deducted ₹240/-.I am requesting you to pls.short out this issue as early.
