Worst place. Thieves at this toll gate. Fastag doesn't work fast here. We had to wait behind so many vehicles and it took 7mins to cross 100m toll lane. Toll was still charged. It's govt. regulation that toll should not be charged after 10sec waiting time has crossed. 75rs. wasted. All thieves here. I have video evidence, but no refund was done.

This place is very bad in geographic location. There is no food corner near this place also road conditions is very bad. All the time nearby road area are affected for high traffic.
All the time ambulance are stucked here and for this kind of reason not a single CAB or Taxi drivers ready to came here.

Bikers or travellers (who travel by road), guys you have to cross this toll for heading towards Bardhaman, Durgapur, Jharkhand, Delhi.
If you came out of house empty stomach, you can stand-by here and have some tea and snacks.

Dankuni Toll is good, also way better than kolkata Toll 🤣Lol. The Roads are also recently being constructed. Very good experience. But one thing i must say that the Subway is very busy and also all the Commercial Vehicle use this short route. So whenever u use Dankuni toll subway, must have Time in hand

If government want to smooth vehicle service in NH 2 MY opinion the plaza shifted 4 km before towards singur.

Dankuni toll plaza is a on road toll plaza located near Kolkata on NH 02.There are not any great service and facilities availability, just pay and go.

Service is very poor...Always congested and they are having scanning problems. Even if you recharge your fast tag wallet they still can't make the payments.

Becoming one of most worst place in Kolkata nowadays , while I'm travelling from Kolkata to Durgapur most of time I faced terrible traffic jam sience last couple of months .Nowadays it's becoming daily seance . Once you stuck in this traffic jam it will waste your 1.30 hour to 2 hour. NHAI ( National Highway of Authority India ) should investigate this matter closely.

but fatag system over here need improvements.....there is no benifits for fastag users....very bad behaviour of the stuffs.....also i want to add some points over here
1)there need some more fastag help centre for those who want to attain this service.
2)the counter near the vip lane very often remains closed.
3)last but not the least their behaviour should be changed as it's their duty to provide services with good manner.
