The toll collector is being treated rudely here. Devidas Patil Mahnoon is a gate man who has a VIP pass. He runs the toll on his own accord. Will be suspended as soon as possible

There's a huge queue sometimes. The toll plaza has a washroom nearby and some tea stalls and snacks corners.

It’s regarding fast tag if some accident happen and the front glass/shield of car got broke then the fast tag get removed so if the car is register and have balance in fast tag this toll should accept that thing and deduct money by putting number in system has consumer face many problem due to to this has its kinda emergency in such case toll plaza should do the need full rather then made consumer to pay double amount.

Very good treatment of people i guess.Me personally got an unplanned low balance on the toll gate. And the lady who was on the counter, told me i could recharge. She added that it would take 15 minutes for the recharge to be reflected on my balance and told me to wait for that time by the side.Finally she thanked me for waiting patiently to collect my toll.Overall. Loved the service.

During my recent bus journey, I had the opportunity to experience the efficiency of the Fastag toll plaza. Usually fine but during peak hours there is some waiting time. Usually between 5 to 10 minutes. There are delays mainly due to the scanning systems not properly functional causing queue build-up.

Waste of time.Fastag was supposed to make travel easier and faster.Toll plazas are bottlenecks these days.Plus the increase in 2023 is not justified.Despite paying road tax and cess on fuel we pay hefty tolls throughout Country.

Too crowded. Should not be charging toll as we end up spending 50 rs on burning fuel. Idiots in full display. Corrupt people very bad roads. Haram Khane ka aadat throughout the country. Make money in tolls and give bad damaged roads. Dangerous driving by locals, tractors and opposite driving.

Wide open multiple len toll.But many a times scanner is not working . . . Sometimes locals are having some arguments . . . Sometimes staff is slow.These all things have given us few minutes late whenever we passed through it.Rest all is cool . . .Road is good till Feb 2023 as writing this review.Nearby good hotels at both side of roads. Across the toll towards Mumbai u can locate wine shop too😉👍

The Express Highway 🛣️ is Just like 💥 Booom 😜 But Safety Precautions are quit Important 😉 The cost vise They'll charge 580 less or more i don't have idea but around 500 🙄🤐 That was quit too Costly 💔 Exept that the Ride will be Good 😊 when you take a Break you better Visit Mc d or Starbucks ❤️ It'll be Worthy than visiting U ➡️ M ( Udupi - Mumbai ) 🤖 They're literally Not good by Quantity 🤐. So i prefer you guys to visit just to have a coffee ☕☺️

It is the first toll on the mumbai-pune express way if you are going towards mumbai from Pune and last toll if you come from Mumbai to Pune. It is generally crowded but because of its quick service it doesn't take much time to cross it.But during Sunday evening and night it is rushed.
